(#1) - Individual Spiritual Healing Sessions
During an hour long session you will be guided gently to explore the inner realms of your heart, past the places of hurt and blockages to a deeper connection with the Divine. It is this deep connection with God that truly heals us.

(#2) - Workshop Schedule
Workshops focus on a number of selected topics such as understanding what codependency is from a spiritual perspective, wounded child, areas of self care, self esteem, self healing, setting appropriate boundaries, communications, resentments, victimization, obsessive relationship based thoughts and much much more. Workshops are a mixture of lecture and experiential exercises to help move through difficulties. If you have an interest in a particular topic, please don't hesitate to call or write me.
In all workshops, you will gain:
- Education and skills on selected topics
- A spiritual practice, Remembrance, that will assist you in your healing journey
- Guidance to help you open to your inner wisdom that we all have!

(#3) - Teleconference class Schedule
In the comfort of your own home two different teleclasses are offered.
For a Free Teleclass on Remembrance on June 5 at 7:00 PM CST (Thursday), please sign up once on my mailing list. That way, I can notify you in advance to enter the classroom. Please note that dates and times change monthly to accommodate different schedules for attendees. You are welcome to attend as frequently as you like. It's always a healing. Approx. 1 hour.
